Two plans, depending on whether you also want your Japanese return handled here.

Plan 1 — U.S. only ¥165,000 per year

Your U.S. federal return, FBAR and related forms. Suitable if your Japanese tax is settled by your employer through the year-end adjustment, or handled by another accountant.

Plan 2 — U.S. and Japan, prepared together ¥275,000 per year

Both returns under one engagement. Foreign tax credits, treaty positions and timing are decided once, with both sides of the picture on the same desk.

Additions

PFIC (Japanese mutual fund or NISA holding)+¥33,000 per fund
Self-employment income+¥55,000
Form 3520 (foreign gift or inheritance)+¥55,000
Rental property+¥33,000 per property

Every engagement begins with a fixed written quote, so nothing on this page becomes a surprise later.
